Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the fields you fill in - typically your name, work email, company, job title, and anything you write in a free-text field. Assessment submissions also include your answers, your resulting score, and your section-level scores.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, and timestamps. We use this to keep the site running and understand which pages get read.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for it. Please don't put confidential business information into a free-text field.
How we use it
- To respond to you when you ask us to.
- To generate and explain your assessment results.
- To send you follow-up correspondence related to your inquiry.
- To maintain, secure and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising retargeting against it.
Who processes it with us
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs:
- Netlify - website hosting and form delivery.
- HubSpot - customer relationship management and assessment submissions.
- Calendly - scheduling, if you book a session with us.
Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
The marketing pages of this site do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party tools listed above may set cookies necessary to their function - for example, HubSpot form handling. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and assessment records for as long as we have an active or reasonably anticipated relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information you've given us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@mpscoremethod.com and we'll handle it - typically within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we'll honor those requests on the same basis.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security - but we limit what we collect, which is the most effective control available to us.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
